• License Classifications/Specialties

All subcontractors must maintain active insurance policies, including:

• General Liability (GL)
• Workers' Compensation (WC)
• Commercial Automobile Liability (Auto)

Please provide current Certificates of Insurance (COIs) for all three policies, along with the applicable Additional Insured endorsements.

All insurance policies must remain active throughout the duration of work performed for EMBR Home.

EMBR Home must be listed as an Additional Insured on both General Liability and Commercial Automobile Liability policies, where applicable.

All required information and documentation must be submitted within 5 business days of receiving this message.

Failure to submit complete documentation by the deadline may delay subcontractor approval and project assignments.
